Why I Chose Her; I chose Stephanie because I really liked the blue banding on her dress. It make a simple little black dress even better. I also really like the way she added tights to her outfit along with an ankle boot to make her dress even more trendy.

    I love this dress! black and blue is one of my favorite color combos...I just never seem to wear it. haha
